What CasaNido does not handle
The rental agreement, payments, and deposits happen directly between you and the host; CasaNido does not process payments and is not a party to the contract. If you have a dispute about a stay we are glad to review the listing, but the agreement is between the parties.
Response times
We usually answer email within one or two business days. For anything about a specific rental, the fastest path is always the host's direct WhatsApp shown on the listing.
